"Extremely disgusted at the "hidden" taxes the hotel charged us.
These taxes should be known up front at time of booking."

"It was a great hotel, although there seems to be a discrepency on what I was actually charged per night as opposed to what I was quoted by you. I don't have the paperwork with me right now (I am on holiday in Bali for 2 weeks), but as soon as I get back to San Francisco - I will tell you what I was actually charged by the hotel (per night, before hotel taxes and service charges) as opposed to what was quoted by you). Perhaps you may see the discrepency before I get back to San Francisco. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay at the Roppongi Prince very much. Thank you - George Babson"

"the place is ok, but the hotel is not nearly as nice as the pictures show. The reception area is tiny and they only give you one key. Even if there are 2 beds for 2 people, you only get 1 key. That means both people have to do the exact same thing at all times or risk being locked out. Plus, they only have internet service in some of the rooms and they don't ask if you need it when you check in. They only offer it after you complain. We did not get a connection in the room, so we asked to use the business center. Guess where that is? They don't have one....
Rooms are ok though. they provide a tiny fridge to use, so that nice. but the TV is tiny. 13 inch television from the early 80s. really looks like they have done no work on the room since they opened."
