"I made a reservation as Non-smoking. When I checked in and confirmed whether the room is non-smoking, front staff answered "yes, you are non-smoking room, sir". However what I found in the room was big ashtray on the table and smell of smoking. Yes, it was smoking room. Though I claimed and changed room on next day, I felt stress and had a lot of complaint.
I will never recommend this hotel to someone."
