"The hotel was very nice; we were only there for 2 days, but we could've stayed longer if we'd had the time. We had read about the amenities in our room, and it's true, they were very good. Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. We know some Japanese but it was good to have them know more English! The location is good, too, because the front door is just around the corner from the C5 Yamanote train exit. Thanks for a good time!"
